The festivities start off with a serene stroll up the scenic path to The Oak Grove. Your guests will experience the tranquility of their surroundings by enjoying the wildlife, Oak trees, and vast view of the Temecula hills and our 18th hole. Offer your guests a celebratory champagne greeting while you exchange your “I Do’s”!

Following your vows, your guests get to enjoy our cocktail lawn while you freshen up and take your memorable photos. As the sun sets, strings of Edison lights illuminate The Oak Terrace in a romantic soft glow.

Our new Oak Terrace and Stone Landing allow you to gather in the wedding canopy, whose walls create a breezy indoor/outdoor feel. It provides a cool shelter on warmer days, and a great "Plan B" in the rare event of rain. The layout is completely up to you; some couples opt for open-air dining and a dance floor beneath the canopy, while others choose to create a more private and intimate environment sheltered from the weather.

What's Included:

  • Set Up & Take Down: We ensure each and every detail of your wedding day is cared for and attended to properly.

  • Ceremony Space: Landscaped and maintained, situated between the 10th and 18th holes, your ceremony will be completely idyllic.

  • Reception Space: Separate from the ceremony, beneath a canopy of bistro lighting, your reception space is perfect for that first dance, cheers for toasts and speeches, and a picturesque dinner looking out over the 18th fairway.

  • Seating & Tables: White wedding chairs, 5’ round tables draped in floor length linens in your choice of color, as well as napkins and table runners in your color choice. Hurricane vases, set with floating ivory candles sit in the center of each table.

  • Bistro Tent Lighting: Light up your reception with romance and ambiance Bistro lights are affixed to the tent that covers the reception space, creating that golden, candlelight glow.

  • Day-Of Coordination: We offer a venue coordinator to handle everything occurring on property to ensure your wedding runs perfectly.

  • Beverage Station: Our bar service comes included with water, iced tea, and lemonade.

  • Bridal Suite & Prep Area: Located within the Club House, the bride has a special suite reserved just for her and her people to decompress before you say ‘I do’.

  • Rehearsal: Do your walk-through and practice those gut-wrenching vows prior to the big day to get those nerves out.

  • Preferred Vendor List: We provide a wide selection of vendors we’ve worked with, both personally and professionally, that deliver top of the line service.

  • Cocktail Hour: Set beneath an old oak tree and stone floors, lit with the same moody gold bistro lighting and equipped with 8 cocktail tables draped in linens.

  • Seating Chart: Forget the stresses of DIY. Included in the venue price, we offer a banner printed with all your favorite people, strung up between a square wooden arbor.

  • Decor Items: Welcome Table, Gift Table, Card Box, Arbor, Welcome Sign and Easel.


Upgrades:

  • Farm table Package: 9’ long, handcrafted farmhouse tables equipped to seat between 8 and 10 people each. Sturdy and rustic, yet elegantly stained dark.

  • Coordination (Month Of, Full): If you need more than just the day coordinated and want your wedding to be hands off.

  • Event Shuttle Service: If you and your guests don’t want to delegate a DD, let us book you a shuttle service than can take you to and from your hotel, Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
