10 hours day-of, starting two hours before your guests arrive. We take over 2 weeks prior to your wedding. There will be a lead planner to supervise the ceremony and/or reception. The lead planner will serve as the main point of contact for the venue and vendors for the entire event.
Month Of
Coordination
For the couple that needs more then wedding day assistance only. We will go over with you everything you have already planned and give any suggestions that would be helpful in giving you the wedding of your dreams. We take over 4-6 weeks before the wedding and tie up all the loose ends. We coordinate your rehearsal and wedding day so you can relax and enjoy.
Full Wedding

11 hours day-of, starting two hours before your guests arrive. Unlimited email and phone contact from the moment of booking. 2 Lead planners who will supervise the ceremony and/or reception. 2 Lead planners who will serve as the main point of contact for the venue and vendors for the entire event. We coordinate vendors (tasting, trials, bookings), get you quotes and leads, and ensure all contracts are signed and budgets are met.
